We ship worldwide*. Shipping cost is added to your order when you check out.

EUROPE – EU

Unless stated otherwise, orders are shipped from either our Slovenia office or our Slovakia warehouse which in both cases means no import taxes for EU countries. Exception to this are t-shirts, which can be also printed in USA (very rarely, if they are out of stock in EU). There is only one shipping option – standard shipping.

Orders are shipped with different delivery services, depending on your country. You can follow your order using the tracking number that is generated and emailed to you when we put in the shipping order. When the shipping order is made it usually takes 12-24 hours for the order to be processed and shipped which means that orders are usually sent in 1-2 days after you order. This also depends on the day and hour of your order (Friday afternoon before weekend takes longer etc…).

Estimated time of delivery is 2-7 days, these are some usual delivery times by country:

EUROPE – NON EU COUNTRIES and ISLANDS

Norway, Canary islands, Baleares, Azores, Malta, United Kingdom (UK), North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Switzerland, Albania. Depending on your location there might be import/customs tax that we do not cover. Please choose your shipping when ordering. Use standard shipping if you are not in a hurry as standard shipping times are not very reliable. Use express shipping if you are in a hurry and/or need detailed tracking. Express shipping times are reliable.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by Slovenia Post Office. Estimated time of delivery is 15 business days. Tracking is limited and only shows when the package is sent and when it enters destination country.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you choose express shipping your order will be sent using DHL, GLS, DPD or FEDEX. Estimated time of delivery is around 3 days, for some locations it can be up to 7 days. You can email us your location and we will check. Orders are usually shipped from our Slovenia office.

USA and CANADA

Please choose your shipping when ordering. Use standard shipping if you are not in a hurry as standard shipping times are not very reliable. Use express shipping if you are in a hurry and/or need detailed tracking. Express shipping times are reliable. As of August 2025, the U.S. has ended the duty-free rule for imports under $800. This means your order may be subject to import duties or customs taxes upon arrival. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not cover import taxes. 

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from our office in Slovenia. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. Tracking information is limited, showing only when the package is dispatched and when it arrives in the destination country. USA: Currently, standard shipping is temporarily unavailable due to changes in U.S. import procedures. Once national postal services adapt to the new rules, standard shipping will be restored. CANADA: Canada post is on strike and not accepting international packages at the moment.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from our Slovenia office usually with DHL. Estimated time of delivery is 3-5 days. Detailed tracking is available.

WORLD

Please choose your shipping when ordering. Use standard shipping if you are not in a hurry as standard shipping times are not very reliable. Use express shipping if you are in a hurry and/or need detailed tracking. Express shipping times are reliable. Depending on your location and amount there might be import/customs tax that we do not cover.

CUSTOMS DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES

European union orders are shipped from Slovenia and Slovakia so there are NO customs duties for all the EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Exception are t-shirt that are sometimes (rarely) sent from USA, if EU is out of stock for certain model/color.

For all other locations there might be some customs duties/import taxes to pay before receiving the order. DryTide Gear is not responsible for any fees, duties, taxes and clearance processes once your parcel has left Slovenia or Slovakia. Customs processes can also delay the delivery of the item/s.

Customs duties usually depend on the value of the package (your order) and in most countries import is duty free up to a certain amount. This amount can be quite different from country to country (Some examples: Canada duty free up to 20CAD, USA all packages are taxed (since Aug 25), Australia up to 1000AUD). Please check your local tax rules to learn more.

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

We offer no warranties or protection for loss or damage of your goods whilst in transit. If for some reason your package does goes missing (unlikely) we will do everything in our power to find out what is happening, give you a full report, open a case and rectify the issues where we can.
