Packing cubes give everything a place. Use the smaller cube for underwear and smaller items, the larger ones for clothes, and keep everything together instead of loose inside your backpack or suitcase.
When you need more room, expand the cube. When you want to reduce the volume of your packed clothes, close the expansion zipper again.

WHY WE MADE IT
Packing cubes solve a simple problem: loose clothes take up space and make it harder to find what you need.
We wanted a packing cube that could do more than divide your luggage into separate compartments. The amount of clothing you take changes from trip to trip, so the cube should be able to change with it.
That is why each DryTide cube can expand from 4 cm to 13 cm. Use it in its compact form when you are packing light, or expand it when you need more room for extra clothing or bulkier items.
The same side zipper also compresses the expanded section around your packed clothes. You can therefore pack more when you need to, then reduce the volume again without unpacking everything.
The set of three sizes makes it easy to organise different types and amounts of clothing inside backpacks, suitcases and duffel bags.

Each packing cube can adapt to how much you need to pack. Expand it from 4 cm to 13 cm when you're taking more clothing or bulkier items, then keep it compact when you need less space. The cubes add very little weight to your luggage. The complete set of three weighs just 0.3 kg, so you can add organisation without carrying much extra weight.
How it works:
Open the side zipper to expand the cube. When you need less space, close it again to return the cube to its compact form.
COMPRESS PACKED CLOTHING
Reduce the volume of packed clothing and make better use of your luggage space.
Once the cube is packed, the same side zipper can be closed to compress the expanded section around your clothing. This reduces the overall volume of the packed cube without requiring you to unpack or repack your clothes. The compression function is useful when you've packed the cube with more clothing but want to bring the volume back down before putting it into your luggage.
How it works:
Expand the cube, pack your clothes, then close the side zipper to compress the packed contents.

HOW THE EXPANDABLE SYSTEM WORKS
The expandable system is the main difference between these packing cubes and a standard fixed-size cube. One side zipper controls both expansion and compression.
1. EXPAND
Open the side zipper to increase the height of the cube from 4 cm to up to 13 cm. This gives you more room for clothing or bulkier items.
2. PACK
Fill the cube with your clothes and essentials. The see-through mesh top lets you see what is inside without opening it.
3. COMPRESS
Close the same side zipper to bring the expanded section back in. This reduces the volume of the packed cube and helps you make better use of the space inside your luggage.
Open it → expand the cube → pack it → close it → compress the contents.
You do not have to keep the cubes fully expanded. Use only as much space as you need for each trip.

How does the expandable system work?

Do I need to use the cubes fully expanded?

These expandable packing cubes are game-changers. I stuffed an insane amount of clothes inside with the expansion zipper open, then zipped it shut and watched the whole thing shrink down dramatically. They keep everything organized, compact, and travel-ready. Easily one of the best packing upgrades I’ve ever bought.
Obviously made by somebody who travelled a lot. Quality is so much better than all the expensive name brands. Attention to details that make packing and unpacking super easy.
